Rocky is the kind of horse we really appreciate for children, beginners, and families. He has a quiet, easygoing nature and would much rather take his time than hurry anywhere. Rocky is definitely more whoa than go. He will walk and trot willingly, but when you ask him to lope, you will need to put some leg into him and encourage him to pick up the pace. That is one of the things we especially like about horses like Rocky for children. We would much rather have a horse that needs encouragement to go faster than one a child is constantly trying to slow down. Rocky direct reins and does not neck rein. He is straightforward to ride and responds well to simple rein cues. He is a beautiful Paint gelding, approximately 10 years old and 14.3 hands tall, with a nice solid build. Rocky is happiest taking things at an easy pace and makes a wonderful choice for someone looking for a dependable family trail horse. Rocky also gets along well with both mares and geldings in the pasture, making him an easy addition to a mixed herd. If you're looking for a safe, slower-paced family trail horse for the kids, yourself, or the whole family to enjoy, Rocky is one you'll want to come meet.

Cosmo is one of those horses that is going to turn heads everywhere he goes. Between his beautiful blue roan spotted coloring and his striking marble eyes, this gelding is hard to overlook. But Cosmo isn't just pretty. He is kid safe, beginner safe, smooth, and fun to ride, making him a wonderful choice for the whole family. One of our favorite things about Cosmo is the way he moves. He moves like glass. His naturally smooth gait makes him comfortable and enjoyable to ride, whether you're spending an afternoon on the trails or simply enjoying a ride around the farm. Cosmo neck reins, handles easily, and picks up his feet without any issues. He is approximately 12 years old and stands around 15 hands tall. Cosmo has that combination families love: safe, smooth, beautiful, and enjoyable to ride. And with those marble eyes and unusual coloring, you may just be the talk of the neighborhood riding a horse that looks like this!
