🤎🐴 MEET MEMPHIS — THE HORSE WHO MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT EVERY RIDE! 🐴🤎 Some horses have the looks. Some have the personality. And every once in a while, you meet one whose quiet, dependable nature makes you stop and say, “This is the kind of horse I’ve been looking for.” That’s Memphis. Memphis is a 4-year-old bay Draft Cross gelding standing over 16 hands tall. With his classy build, flowing mane and tail, and beautiful movement, he’ll catch your eye right away. Spend a few minutes with him, and his sweet, in-your-pocket personality will win you over. He loves people, enjoys attention, and is a pleasure to have in the barn. ✨ IN THE ARENA Memphis rides English and Western and has three smooth, comfortable gaits: a relaxed walk, an easy trot, and a rocking-chair canter. He is a quieter, push-to-go type who is happy to take his time. He looks especially striking in English tack, with the size and presence of a Draft Cross and a lovely way of going. 🌲 OUT ON THE TRAIL Memphis has been on plenty of trail rides, both alone and with a group. He’s content to walk quietly along, even when other horses get excited, and he stands patiently when asked. Whether you’re heading out for a peaceful ride by yourself or joining friends, Memphis has shown us the same willing, steady attitude. 🚨 A MIND THAT TAKES THINGS IN STRIDE Balls, tarps, whip cracking, and obstacles are all part of the desensitization work Memphis has done. We’ve also ridden him through town with heavy traffic and sirens nearby, and he handled it calmly. His response to those experiences makes him an interesting prospect for someone exploring mounted police work. Memphis is just as enjoyable on the ground. He has excellent manners, gets along well with other horses in the pasture, loads and trailers well, and stands nicely for bathing. He is also trained to lay down on command! Memphis is healthy and sound. For buyers who want to learn more, he has a current PPE on file. Watch his video and see the horse we enjoy much.. 🔥 Memphis will be available in the MW Equine Grand Finale Collection, October 1–8, exclusively on HorseBid! If you’ve been searching for a big, beautiful gelding with a kind personality, trail experience, and a quiet approach to new things, we would love to talk with you about Memphis. Reach out with any questions—you’re welcome to come meet him and see if he’s the right fit for you. 🤎 📍 Fresno, Ohio 📞 Marcus: 330-365-0233
